Si yo fuese fanático de los Lakers poco me interesara si Bryant no es muy querido entre sus compañeros, porque al final Kobe hace su trabajo, y lo hace mejor que nadie en la NBA. Es hoy en día, tal como se dice en el boxeo, libra por libra el mejor en el tabloncillo. La situación es igual con Alex Rodríguez. Es el mejor de la pelota y seguramente cuando se retire, será el mejor en la historia. Pero A-Rod cae antipático. Es un robot con sus respuestas, todo parece prefabricado. Pues no importa. No tiene que ser un modelo o un ejemplo, sino que su trabajo es salir todos los días y dar palo, y eso lo hace y muy bien.
Con A-Rod recientemente los medios de Nueva York le cayeron encima porque se desmayó en el parto de su primera hija. Se le acusó de débil. Si esto hubiese sucedido con Derek Jeter, por ejemplo, se estuviera más bien alabando al torpedero diciendo lo sensible y humano que es.
Más allá de lo que hagan o lo que digan, A-Rod y Kobe son lo mejor en cada uno de sus campos. Quizás no sean el mejor ejemplo, el mejor rol a seguir, pero eso a quién le interesa. Tal como lo he dicho antes, si usted es padre haga que sus hijos lo consideren a usted como su rol a seguir, su ejemplo.

1. A-Rod si bien no ha sido el mejor pelotero de la historia si es uno de los mejores en su rama, en estos tiempos que hay muchos peloteros, exelentes peloteros es mas dificil sobresalir, no como en epocas pasadas cuando los grandes peloteros se podian contar con los dedos de las manos.
